We are happy to announce that we have mastered our soldering skills.
Our special offer to you, our past customers, is that we will solder all jump rings on the pieces that you have purchased from Lisa Nelson Designs.
Our goal is to continue to offer the highest quality at a fair price. We are offering this to our past customers, at no charge.
All items sent out of our shop will now have soldered jump rings. Art fair purchases, that are same day pick ups, will have the traditional cold connection (not soldered) or a fused joint (Canterbury & other shows where electricity is supplied to us).

Our Guarantee
Did you know that we guarantee everything that we sell?
We believe that when you pay good money for an item, it should be backed with a good guarantee.
What does that mean? If you purchase a chain from us & you have issues with the clasp not working correctly or the chain breaks, just send it back to us & we'll replace it free of charge. Kinks & tarnish are not covered, but if this happens, we can give you suggestions on how to make your chain better.
If your soldered jump ring would ever fail, just send your piece back to us & we'll make it secure for you.
Sending back your jewelry pieces:
Please always protect them by sending them in a bubble mailer or a box.
Do NOT use any type of tape on the jewelry as this can wreck it.
Always include your full name, full address & a note with it, stating what needs to be done.
We will take care of it from there & make it right for you.
